We are looking for Program Manager for our client in Carlsbad, CA

Job Description:

Pay Range $55.20hr - $59.20hr

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a job tracker by district and project stage for two ERO budgets
• Review and approve work order requests to budgets by districts. 
• Manage approvals through email and SAP.
• Communicate project updates as needed to Project Managers, Budget Owners, District Planners & Engineers.
• Attend district weekly scheduling meetings on a rotating basis.
• Schedule project management meetings with appropriate stakeholders.
• Support Budget Owner for financial reporting uploads, forecasting, and budget requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent required. 
• Experience in accounting, record keeping, filing systems, excel, and database management. 
• Must be computer literate and have strong planning and organizational skills.
