Role: Program Lead (Manufacturing & Process Transformation)

Location – San Jose, CA

Keyskills: Manufacturing Process Transformation, Yield Improvement, Penalty Box, CCT Deployment, CITP, Automated Regression Testing & PCB Assembly (PCBASSY)

JD:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent and 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing process transformation.

Strong experience in manufacturing systems, process engineering, and yield management

Hands‑on program management using Jira, Bitbucket/GitHub, Confluence

Experience driving automation, metrics, and reporting (Power BI, SQL/MySQL )

Solid understanding of software + hardware integrated environments

Ability to manage highly complex, cross‑organizational programs.

Prior experience working with Cisco or large networking OEMs

Exposure to CCT, CITP, automated testing, and regression frameworks
