???? What You’ll Do
As Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations and compassionate care provided at Mary’s Haven. Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage a caring team of staff and volunteers

Evaluate and admit potential and support their families

Develop and coordinate individual care plans with hospice professionals

Ensure 24/7 program coverage using volunteers and per diem staff

Provide or coordinate spiritual and emotional support
-
Maintain accurate program records and communication
-
Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
✅ What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
-
1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations

Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

Comfort with medical settings, including exposure to blood and bodily fluids
???? Schedule & Compensation

Part-time: 28 hours/week
-
Pay range: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour

Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays required based on program needs
