Job Description Job Description Position Type: Full-Time lbukun Comprehensive Community Services is seeking a dedicated Program Director to lead the operations of our 24/7 therapeutic group home for at-risk youth ages 14-19. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a consistent and visible presence within the home to ensure structure, safety, and therapeutic integrity. Key Responsibilies: • Oversee daily operations and therapeutic programming in alignment with treatment goals • Create and manage residential schedules, milieu calendars, and monthly programming themes • Develop and maintain high-quality reports, documentation, and compliance records • Supervise and support direct care staff, ensuring adherence to agency and Medicaid standards • Provide crisis intervention and ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment • Collaborate with clinical leadership and external partners to support youth development Qualifications: • Master's degree in a relevant field such as social work, counseling, psychology, human services or behavioral health • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in residential or group home settings • Licensed clinicians (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Psychologist) • Strong computer skills in documentation, reporting, and program planning • Must be at least 25 years old with a valid Illinois driver's license • Ability to pass DCFS fingerprint background checks and maintain insurance documentation What We're Looking For: • A proactive leader who thrives in a structured, onsite environment • Someone who takes initiative in developing programming and maintaining compliance • A role model committed to trauma-informed care and youth empowerment • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail in reporting
