Job Description Job Description Program Director LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our nonprofit client in hiring a Program Director in Seattle. This position will be an onsite position, and a full-time, direct hire role. Interested candidates must be open to being on call 24/7 in order to leading daily operations and staff for multiple housing programs. Key Responsibilities include: Program Operations Lead day-to-day operations and long-term planning across multiple service areas. Ensure 24/7 staffing and service delivery through effective policy development and implementation. Oversee administrative functions and facility management. Manage contracts and MOUs with on-site service providers. Develop annual goals and outcome-based performance measures aligned with community needs. Collaborate with leadership and staff to implement and monitor program effectiveness. Design evaluation tools incorporating and staff feedback. Identify and implement operational improvements in partnership with senior leadership. Community Engagement Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to support program goals. Represent the program in community forums, coalitions, and planning initiatives. Present program outcomes and needs to local stakeholders and funders. Staff Leadership & Development Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate leadership staff. Support team leads in managing frontline staff and maintaining effective schedules. Facilitate regular team meetings and identify professional development opportunities. Mediate interdepartmental concerns and promote a collaborative work environments Contribute to agency-wide planning and systems development as part of the management team. Participate in internal meetings and required trainings. Budgeting & Fund Development Develop and monitor program and facility budgets in collaboration with finance and operations teams. Support grant writing and fundraising efforts, including hosting site visits and presentations for funders. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, Master’s Degree strongly desired Minimum 5 years program management experience and leading a team Minimum 5 years experience working within crisis management/behavioral health and working with vulnerable populations Bilingual Spanish/English desired, not required Benefits include medical, dental, life insurances, 401K options, holiday pay, and generous PTO.
