Twin City Staffing is seeking a hands-on manufacturing engineer / production support engineer to join a growing team in Albertville, MN. This role combines design engineering, process development, and production support with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Location: Albertville, MN

Wage: $28 - $45/hr

Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the manufacturing engineer / production support engineer:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to refine and optimize production processes
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times and increase throughput
• Support manufacturability, cost, and delivery improvements across departments
• Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures using SolidWorks
• Program and support CNC machining processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Requirements of the process engineer:

• 2+ years of CAD/CAM system experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAMWorks experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of CNC machining and metal fabrication processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  (equivalent experience considered)
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
