Production Supervisor/PM Shift Lead Pay $22.00-$25.00 per hour, Saturday and Sunday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (with potential to expand days) | Part-Time to Start.

We’re hiring a PM Shift Lead for an established production facility in Hayward, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee production operations on the PM shift, manage a team, track performance, and keep things running smoothly. If you’re bilingual, experienced in a production or warehouse environment, and know how to lead a crew — this is worth a look.

• Supervise and lead production team members during the PM shift.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and shift performance.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure production targets are met.
• Assist with BOL documentation and shipping coordination as needed.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order updates.
• Train and guide team members on safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required — written and spoken.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment required.
• Available to work Saturday and Sunday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification a plus.
• Pick/pack or warehouse experience a plus.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive pay: $22.00 – $25.00/hour paid weekly. Weekend shift schedule. Opportunity to expand hours as the role grows. Stable facility with a collaborative team.
