Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a Sheet Metal Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturing partner in Newington, CT.

Pay: $60,000–$70,000/year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00AM–5:00PM

Duties: The Sheet Metal Production Supervisor leads day-to-day shop operations, coordinates workflows, mentors staff, and ensures production meets quality, safety, and timeline goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, adjust, and assign daily tasks based on changing production needs
• Hire, train, and mentor shop personnel
• Enforce safety procedures and provide proper safety training
• Monitor and report on project status, timelines, and quality
• Resolve conflicts quickly and maintain a positive team environment
• Manage staff efficiency to meet budgeted labor standards
• Communicate regularly with engineers, upper management, and team leaders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sheet metal production (REQUIRED)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in motivating and managing production teams
• Experience with project planning, safety protocols, and workflow efficiency
