Production Supervisor in Lancaster

A metal processing plant in Lancaster, NY is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team!

Hours are 7:15am to 3:45pm

Pay rate is $20 - $24/hr depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, heavy industrial environment.

-Strong leadership abilities.

-Knowledgeable in industrial safety procedures and ISO requirements.

-Previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role.

-Ability to lift up to 50lbs, perform routine bending, and standing for extended periods of time.

JOB DUTIES:

-Oversee and monitor new employee training and current employee production quality.

-Enforce company policy, rules, and regulations at all times.

-Running machinery, driving forklift, and other laborer duties when needed.

-Document materials in and out by keeping track of sorting and weights

-Help maintain equipment as needed
