Production Supervisor (CNC)
Indianapolis, IN area
$55,000-$60,000/year + OT pay after 40 hours

Our client is a growing manufacturer that has a broad customer base, excellent benefits and a great work atmosphere.  They are in need of a Production Supervisor with some CNC exposure/experience to join their team on 2nd shift.

Duties and responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:
Coaching, training and mentoring employees
Ensuring production goals are being met
Ensuring safety on the plant floor
Ensuring quality of product
Developing and maintaining SOP
Planning operations and preparing schedules

Requirements for the Production Supervisor position include:
Previous non-union supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility 
Experience in a CNC or machining facility
Ability to work 2nd shift (4pm-12:30pm)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Hands-on
