As a Supervisor, Production, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our facility. You’ll lead a skilled team of bargaining unit employees, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to keep our plant running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Supervise daily operations and production activities to ensure safety and efficiency

✅ Lead and coach employees, fostering development and engagement

✅ Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with Maintenance

✅ Drive continuous improvement through lean methods and cost-saving initiatives

✅ Ensure compliance with safety culture, policies, and union agreements

✅ Oversee scheduling, time approvals, and administrative requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Broad knowledge of power plant operations, systems, and safety practices

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities

Experience working in a unionized environment

Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and critical-thinking skills

Familiarity with scheduling processes and enterprise software systems
