Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + 7% Annual Bonus Potential

Production Supervisor (Bilingual)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee our Formulated Department. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our production line, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality while fostering a culture of professional growth.

You will work closely with the Production and Operations Managers to lead a talented team, manage staffing schedules, and implement continuous improvements to our standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise daily production operations, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers while maintaining peak productivity and quality goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and GMPs to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Staffing & Onboarding: Manage staffing schedules and play a key role in interviewing and onboarding new talent.
• Communication: Lead effective shift meetings and maintain clear, professional correspondence in both Spanish and English.
• Quality Control: Monitor product specifications in real-time, making necessary adjustments or rejections to maintain the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in both Spanish and English.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; OR 1–2 years of related supervisory experience/training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Problem Solving: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing/walking for long periods, working in a loud industrial environment with potential allergens (nuts, milk, wheat, etc.), and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
