Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations
We are partnering with a well-established electronics manufacturing organization in Tempe to identify an experienced Production Supervisor to lead plant operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring production, quality, delivery, and financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, delivery, and quality goals
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plan and adjust production schedules based on workload, staffing, and capacity
• Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Manage operational budgets and support cost-reduction efforts
• Utilize ERP and production tracking systems to monitor job status and labor efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and leadership teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ direct and indirect employees
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Lean / continuous improvement background
• Experience in high-tech or electronics manufacturing
• Solid understanding of budgets and financial performance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexibility available).
Salary Range: $70,000-120,000
