Production Supervisor\n Location: North London\n Salary: £40,000pa - £43,000pa\n Rotating shift pattern: 4 days on / 3 days off of day and night shifts across Friday to Monday (inclusive)\n Benefits: 22 days annual leave, Pension scheme, Life cover, Ongoing training and development, Clear career progression opportunities\n \n Our client operates within the hospitality sector, delivering premium, high-volume textile and linen processing services to their customer base. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Production Supervisor to support operational performance and lead production teams across key shifts.\n \n The Role\n The Production Supervisor will play a key role in the day-to-day management of production operations, ensuring workflow runs efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury service environment.\n \n Working closely with the Operations leadership team, you will oversee front-line production teams, support operational targets, and ensure productivity, quality, and Health & Safety standards are consistently achieved.\n \n This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys leading teams from the front.\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n \nSupport the smooth day-to-day running of production operations \nEnsure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time \nSupervise, motivate, and coordinate Team Leaders and operatives \nDrive operational performance against KPIs including productivity, efficiency, quality, and labour utilisation \nAct as a point of escalation during shifts, resolving operational issues quickly and effectively \nSupport onboarding, training, and day-to-day workforce management \nPromote and enforce Health & Safety standards across all operational activities \nMaintain quality control standards aligned with a premium service environment \nWork closely with senior leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational targets Candidate Requirements:\n \nPrevious experience within a supervisory role in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, or a service-led environment \nExperience within high-volume textile or linen processing environments would be advantageous \nStrong people management and team leadership skills \nHands-on and solutions-focused approach - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment \nExperience managing KPIs and operational performance targets \nGood understanding of Health & Safety requirements within an operational setting \nStrong organisational and communication skills
