Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• 1+ year of experience with Lean Manufacturing principles/processes
• Experience coordinating production and/or warehouse operations
• Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop employees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strongly

• Experience managing a unionized workforce
• Manufacturing leadership experience involving quality, safety, productivity, and cost reduction
• Knowledge of manufacturing compliance/regulations such as:
• • OSHA
  • EPA
  • FDA
  • USDA
  • HACCP
• Experience with Lean/process improvement, efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives
