Production Supervisor in Davenport

Job DescriptionJob Description

-Metatarsals are required from day one

-This position splits its time – 70% on the supporting the shop floor and 30% in the office

-Primarily 1st shift but will have to be flexible. Exact shift hours can be discussed by the selected candidate and the hiring manager

-Candidates must be willing to work the off-shift, OT and some weekends to be considered.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:

-Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

-Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals.

-Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things

-Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook

EDUCATION

-A 4-year degree is strongly with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
