For over 100 years this company has been a top manufacturer of products used by customers all over the globe.  They have state-of-the-art facilities and are always striving to improve, never wanting to settle.  Our client is in need of a Production Supervisor for first shift.

As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Coaching, training and mentoring hourly employees
Ensuring production goals are being met and leading team meetings
Maintaining plant safety and quality of products
Meeting product delivery times to customers
Completing weekly payroll
Leading corrective actions and root cause analysis of issues
Leading continuous/process improvements
Maintaining inventory levels

To be considered for the Production Supervisor position, you must have:
At least three years of previous production supervision experience 
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Lean manufacturing experience is
Experience with hand tools, calipers/micrometers, material handling equipment, and/or welding equipment is
Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Able to read blueprints
