SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and oversee shift operations. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on assigned shift
• Ensure efficient operation of blow molding machines
• Monitor production schedules, adjust staffing or machinery as needed
• Enforce safety policies and procedures; maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic packaging )
• Working knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion processes is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems (e.g., ERP, MS Office)
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or overtime as required
