Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Supervisor:
Location: East Boston, MA Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift: 6 am-2 pm OR 2nd Shift: 12pm - 8pmCompensation: $60,000 - 70,000 annually and an annual bonus up to %10 of base salary
Mission of the Role:To effectively manage the safe and efficient production of cider and FMBs delivered on time to packaging through good leadership, effective delegation and good manufacturing practices.
What You'll Do:- Train production members on best practices- Delegate tasks within the team to manage the days workload- Participate in department projects with a high level of engagement and oversight- Ensure traceability/record upkeep for batch production- Ensure an accurate ERP inventory is maintained
Who You Are:- 3 years relevant beverage manufacturing experience- Proficient in excel/sheets
Bonus Points if You Have...- 1+ year of management experience- Forklift certified- First Aid/AED certified
