Production Supervisor- Afternoon (Rotating Shift)

·         Process coach position to manage and lead a production team in a Stamping production environment.

·         Candidate must be able to manage all aspects of business in relation to Safety, Cost and Quality.

·         Candidate will need to be able to work in a team orientated UAW environment.

·         Candidate will need to operate in a digital environment where required.

Skills Required:

·         Ability to lead a team.

·         Strong computer skills

·         Understanding of a quality operating system

·         General understanding of business operations

·         Direct a workforce in a safe environment

Primary Skills :

·         Production experience

·         Leadership experience
