UCT is looking for a talented 3rd Shift - Weekend Production Supervisor to join us in East Phoenix, AZ!
Work Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM and Monday, 6:00 PM - 10 PM
Job Summary:The Production Supervisor will be required to work in all the areas of production, supervising all aspects of the production operation within our Phoenix East facility. This position is a hands-on position within the production area. The Production Supervisor is required to spend 90% of his day on the production floor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise production personnel in the delivery of services, including parts cleaning, etching, and other specialized processes.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including training and quality control documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with engineering, quality, and other teams as needed.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to UCT's safety and quality standards.
- Manage and improve processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Other Duties:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a parts cleaning services or high-tech industry.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a parts cleaning or production setting.

- Subject to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, exposure to chemicals and debris.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment where applicable.
- May involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers, faxes, computer etc.
Overnight Travel:
- Work may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).
