PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 3RD SHIFT
- Shift: 3RD Shift (Monday–Friday)
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year + 5–10% Annual Bonus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Full bilingual proficiency is , but not required. Candidates with experience effectively communicating with multilingual teams will also be considered

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment, guiding a larger, multi-skilled production team. You'll have the autonomy to lead your shift, implement continuous improvement strategies, and create a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
What You’ll Do

Supervise and coach a team of production employees on the 3rd shift.

Lead daily shift meetings, monitor progress, and proactively address production delays.

Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to support team growth and accountability.

Drive team engagement and performance using Lean principles (5S/6S experience a plus).

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment and process challenges.

Foster a culture of joint problem-solving, respect, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating productive teams.

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S/6S, or continuous improvement practices.

Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English but not required).

Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by results.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Hands-on experience implementing process improvements and managing change effectively.
