Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production line operations and ensure production goals are met
- Lead, coach, and support production employees throughout the shift
- Train team members on production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and product quality
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments
- Complete production reports, inventory documentation, and shift paperwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Requirements
- 1–2 years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience
- Mechanically inclined with basic equipment troubleshooting skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to work 2nd Shift
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
