The Bilingual Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day shift activities, including production operations, associate development, performance management, and adherence to policies and procedures. This role also manages continuous improvement projects, R&D initiatives, CAPA, efficiency measures, and labor hours while ensuring documentation and safety standards are met. The department operates in a 24/7, multicultural, non-union environment, requiring strong leadership to maintain efficient equipment operation and a motivated workforce.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to coach and train team members effectively
• Active participant in the Safety Committee
• Skilled at delegating responsibilities appropriately
• Experienced in measuring efficiency and productivity
• Proficient in computer applications with above-average skills
• Skilled in auditing and maintaining documentation
• Capable of facilitating meetings and discussions
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Must be bilingual Spanish
