Production Supervisor – Graphics\n Leeds – up to £35,000\n\nWe are working with a well established graphics and vehicle branding business based in Leeds. They specialise in fleet wraps, chevron kits and custom signage solutions and have built a reputation for quality and reliability. They are now looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.\n\nThis role will see you take responsibility for supporting and overseeing the day to day running of the graphics production workshop.

You will assist the Head of Graphics, coordinate workflow, and make sure jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard.\n\nThe role\n\nOversee daily production and support operatives where required\n\nOperate large format digital printers, cutters and laminators\n\nProduce designs, layouts and print ready files for vehicle wraps and signage using CorelDraw\n\nMonitor scheduling of jobs, order stock, and track completed work\n\nLiaise with customers and the internal sales team to resolve queries\n\nMotivate and support the production team, maintaining a culture of quality and continuous improvement\n\nEnsure health and safety standards and good housekeeping are maintained\n\nThe person\n\nAt least three years of experience in a graphics production workshop\n\nStrong knowledge of industry processes and products\n\nGood design skills with CorelDraw\n\nOrganised, proactive and confident in managing workload and deadlines\n\nLeadership qualities with a hands on approach\n\nWhat you get\n\nSalary up to £35,000 depending on experience\n\nMonday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00\n\n22 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service\n\nPension, employee discounts, company events and free parking
