Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor, 4-10 hour days, 5-10 years experience in the Process Industries or 1-5 years with Technical background.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production personnel
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel
• Order all raw materials and supplies necessary to meet the production schedule.
• Work with production personnel and maintenance department to run department efficiently with good quality and efficiency.
• continually strive to improve quality and productivity within the department.
• Adhere to and advocate all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

* BS degree. 1- 5 years experience, or 5-10 years experience without degree.

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, engineering or other related fields
• Some knowledge of production equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
