Job Title: Production Supervisor

Company: Precision Transmissions
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Precision Transmissions is seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined Production Supervisor to join our team at our Fort Worth location. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to lead a team of 10–12 employees, and a desire to work in a fast-paced transmission production environment. This is a hands-on supervisory role with a focus on performance, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of 10–12 production employees on the shop floor
• Monitor daily operations to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
• Train and support team members, fostering a productive and collaborative environment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in resolving technical problems
• Oversee workflow and scheduling to maximize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with upper management and other departments

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical background required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• ASE certification strongly
• Dyno operation or transmission experience is a significant plus
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
