Extension is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Brookfield, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Direct and coordinate activities of production employees to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Conduct inspections, monitor workflow, and resolve production-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Support employee training, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Required: Experience in cutting tool manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma required; associate degree or some college .
• Ability to read blueprints, follow engineering notes, and interpret specifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC procedures, and basic data reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.

Salary Information

• $60,000 to $100,000 annually (based on experience)
• Shift: 2nd Shift — 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
