We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

Lead & Supervise: Oversee day-to-day operations and provide strong leadership to production teams to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded.

Drive Performance: Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to achieve production targets, quality metrics, and on-time delivery.

Develop People: Train, coach, evaluate, and mentor employees to build skill sets, encourage professional growth, and enhance productivity.

Process Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and standard operating procedures.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, workplace regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges, equipment issues, and process bottlenecks in real time.

Quality Oversight: Monitor product quality, participate in audits, and ensure consistent output that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Reporting & Documentation: Complete and analyze production reports, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to meet business goals.
Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable in a production environment.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and standard work procedures.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using ERP or manufacturing software systems.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications .

Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is highly desirable.
