About the Role:

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Production team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing chemical mixing, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily chemical mixing and production schedules to meet branch needs

• Work alongside your team to mix and blend chemicals to create finished cleaning products
• Pour finished cleaning products from mixing vats into containers

• Ensure all products are safely and accurately packaged, labeled, and stored in the warehouse

• Supervise, schedule, and support production staff

• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods

• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and shipments to/from branches

• Monitor and maintain production equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

• Collaborate with management on future planning and production forecasts

• Support other branch operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in a production leadership or supervisory role is

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable and consistent work ethic — someone the team can count on

• Forklift operation experience

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50lbs+ consistently throughout the day
