We are Custom Wire Technologies (CWT), a leader in OEM medical component manufacturing with over 50 years of industry experience using the latest technology. Our team is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team.

Under the direction of the Operation Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing
daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety,
and efficiency standards. The supervisor leads a team of production employees and coordinates with
other departments to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities ensuring job are completed on time and adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Manage employee performance and attendance ensuring compliance with company policies; reward and discipline employees, manage time-off requests, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Train and develop team members to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Ensure the completion of all required production paperwork, records, documentation, such as time clock punching, quality records, production WIP tags, etc.
• Regular physical attendance is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A combination of education and experience will be considered.

• High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor's degree )
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, manufacturing setting strongly .
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.

JOB HOURS:

Custom Wire operates on a three-shift schedule:

• 1st Shift M-F from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,
• 2nd Shift M-F from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift S-Th from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing employees, operations and performance on the assigned shift. This position may require overtime or work outside the regular shift hours. Travel not required.

MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the production floor for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual acuity to see and work with very small components.
• Respond quickly to production floor needs.
