Location: Rogers, MN

Hours: Monday – Friday | 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Pay: $25 – $30/hr, depending on experience

Take the next step in your leadership career! We’re seeking a hands-on production supervisor for the 2nd shift in Rogers. This role oversees daily operations, machine setup, quality checks, and order fulfillment while working closely with both the production team and customers.

Duties of the production supervisor:

• Process work orders and manage daily production flow
• Set up and operate press machines and related equipment
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot machines
• Perform maintenance and assist with tool upkeep
• Communicate with customers regarding orders and parts
• Maintain accurate records and follow quality control policies
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment
• Complete all required paperwork and reports
• Support continuous improvement and team performance

Requirements of the production supervisor:

• 2+ years of experience in a production leadership role
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience setting up machines
• Background in plastics manufacturing is a plus
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
