Production Supervisor – Renewable Energy Manufacturer

Berkshire | £45,000 – £50,000 | 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role

As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring targets for quality, output, and efficiency are consistently achieved. You will manage and support a team of production operatives, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of production staff
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time and to specification
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, health and safety
• Drive improvements in efficiency and workflow using lean manufacturing principles
• Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, Quality and Planning

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced production professional with a background in manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity.

Essential:

• Previous experience in a production supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques
• A hands-on, proactive approach with good problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Experience within the renewables or sustainability sector

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
