Job DescriptionJob Description Now Hiring: Production Supervisor – Fort Worth, TX!We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined Production Supervisor to join our team at our Fort Worth location. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who can oversee daily operations, ensure production goals and quality standards are met, train and support team members, troubleshoot technical issues, manage workflow and scheduling, and enforce safety compliance. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments are essential. Prior supervisory experience, ASE certification, and manufacturing experience are highly .Requirements:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in production environment
• Strong mechanical background required
• ASE certification strongly

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PMBenefits:
