Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee assembly and manufacturing of purification equipment, meeting quality and schedule goals.
  • Lead, train, and develop hourly employees to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage equipment and materials for seamless production.
  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce variability.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace through training and leadership.
  • Support new product development from concept to market.
  • Track production metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work onsite in our Indianapolis facility Monday-Friday
  • Proven experience in assembly/manufacturing, preferably with small appliances.
  • History of managing production metrics and launching new products.
  • Background in training teams and managing hourly employees.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Associate’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field .

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. It includes a base salary and eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
