Production Shift Supervisor



Medway



£38k - £40k DOE



6pm-6am – Nights only (4 on / 4 off)



My client is looking for a Supervisor to join their well-established organisation on the day shift within the FMCG sector. If you have experience working within the FCMG sector as a Production Supervisor, are looking for a new opportunity, and have experience with the below duties, then apply now!



As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will be:



Leading the production team and ensuring KPIs and production targets are being met.



Reviewing team and individual performance as well as identifying areas for improvement.



Ensuring constant availability of raw materials and packing materials for optimal efficiency.



Completing all relevant documentation for BRC and ISO standards.



Liaising with the Production Manager, HR, and any other departments for any people issues.



Any other duties required.



The successful candidate will have / be:



Solid experience as a Production Supervisor within the FMCG sector – Ideally food manufacturing.



Strong people management and organisational skills.



Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP & BRC).



Able to lead by example.
