Graves Roofing & Restoration and New View Windows are growing, and we’re looking for a
hands-on Project Manager to join our team. This is not a desk job—you’ll be in the field
ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality.

replacements.

Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee job sites from start to finish, coordinating crews, managing
materials, and ensuring every project meets company standards. This role requires someone who
is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision,
while also staying connected through our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on active job sites
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and crews
Order, track, and manage materials
Perform minor repairs and hands-on tasks when needed
Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase
Ensure work is completed according to company policies and procedures
Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and leadership
Make material runs and adjust schedules as needed
Move between multiple job sites throughout the day
Update job progress, notes, and photos in company CRM software

Qualifications

General knowledge across multiple construction trades:
o Roofing
o Carpentry
o Siding
o Windows & Doors
o Framing & Trim
Strong understanding of quality control and job site standards
Ability to hold crews and subcontractors accountable
Comfortable using technology (smartphones, apps, and CRM software) for job
tracking and communication
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solver who can think on their feet
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
