In our contemporary office setting, you'll collaborate in a professional atmosphere featuring state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and ergonomic workstations. On the manufacturing floor, you'll find a cutting-edge plastic injection molding plant where precision and innovation come together. While we ensure top-notch quality in component production, you may occasionally notice mild odors and temperature variations typical of the manufacturing process. The role involves planning and managing production schedules, tracking progress, resolving issues, and coordinating closely with the shipping coordinator to manage inventory and improve efficiency. Responsibilities include generating reports, evaluating machine capacity, supporting new projects, and leading daily production and sales meetings. The position requires at least an associate degree, a minimum of two years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of production management processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
o Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
o Generate weekly material requirements plans
o Establish weekly packaging material requirements
o Track production order progress and close-out
o Monitor and communicate production abnormalities
o Collaborate with shipping coordinator to manage slow-moving inventory, identify root
causes, and implement inventory reduction strategies
o Evaluate machine capacity and participate in new project development
o Execute tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely manner
o Attend scheduled meetings
o Generate regular reports as required on time
o Conduct regular meetings with shipping coordinator to review production issues
o Handle, communicate, and coordinate various production issues
o Lead daily production and sales meetings and follow up on issues
Requirements:
-Associate degree or higher
-Minimum 2 years relevant experience
-Familiar with the basic processes of production management.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-Ability to effectively guide, monitor, and understand plant production status and relevant
data
-Strong communication skills with outgoing personality
