You will be joining a very secure and expanding business, where you will enjoy a varied working environment, a great team culture and an exciting new career move.\n\nThe Job you’ll do:\n\n * Ensure the manufacturing processes runs reliably and efficiently to agreed KPIs.\n\n * Delivering against stringent on time and in full targets. (OTIF)\n\n * Support the execution of delivery of the production plan/schedule, meeting quality and delivery expectations, ensure that best working practices are always maintained.\n\n * Conduct regular reviews logging actions ensuring these are drawn to a successful closure through the daily Production meeting.\n\n * Undertake continuous training and development.\n\n * Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.\n\n * Ensure all company and departmental H&S procedures are strictly adhered to by all team members.\n\n * Ownership of the production plan and its implementation.\n\n * Ensure all housekeeping requirements are met for the workplace.\n\n * Conduct regular 1:1’s with your team and support their needs where required.\n\n * Investigate and rectify any staff performance issues and work with HR to manage disciplinary issues.\n\n * Ensure team members are adequately trained and provided with the correct tools to carry out the tasks.\n\nAbout You:\n\n * 5 years’ experience working in Production/planning management.\n\n * Extensive hands-on experience of managing production, warehousing, and assembly, preferably in electrical industry.\n\n * Knowledge of electrical fitting/panel wiring/panel building (desirable).\n\n * Ability to analyse data to drive performance.\n\n * A successful track record in mentoring and developing emerging talent.\n\n * A proven continuous improvement skill set.\n\n * Strong, passionate, and motivational leadership and communication skills with the ability to build a culture of succession.\n\n * An innovative and customer focussed approach.\n\n * Lean Manufacturing experience essential.\n\n * Full driving licence
