Production Planning Coordinator – Installations

Are you skilled at managing workflow and resources in a busy engineering environment? Join our Installations and Production team, where you’ll play a key role in transforming customer requirements into high-quality solutions for global clients.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule manufacturing and installation activities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Review technical data and specifications to prepare clear work instructions for the workshop.
  • Coordinate the ordering of materials and parts, ensuring everything is available when needed.
  • Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Monitor progress, track work orders, and provide regular updates for team meetings.
  • Check completed tasks for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation for all production activities.
  • Support continuous improvement and uphold safety and airworthiness standards.
