Job DescriptionJob Description

This Production Supervisor manages daily production, overseeing workflow, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. Key duties include assigning tasks to workers, monitoring production performance, troubleshooting issues, enforcing safety procedures, and training employees on equipment and processes. They also analyze data to improve processes, minimize costs, and report on team performance to management.  Coordinate with sales and shipping as to progress of production and what is needed on a daily, weekly basis!

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production planning and monitoring.
• Proven track record of managing  production facilities and driving operational improvements.

Spanish Speaking (Bilingual) a plus!
