Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00a- 2:30p

What is a Production Planner?
The Production Planner is responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery of products. This role works closely with Materials, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production teams to align demand with capacity. The position plays a critical role in optimizing workflow, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring balanced production planning.
What You Can Expect to Do as a Production Planner:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with Materials, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align production plans
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Analyze demand forecasts and production requirements
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate data within ERP and planning systems
- Communicate production plans and changes to relevant stakeholders
- Support inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels
- Track key performance metrics related to scheduling and production efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes
What We Are Looking For in a Production Planner:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of production planning and inventory concepts
- Experience with ERP systems and planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
