Production Planner | Aerospace | Condensed Work Week

This is a direct hire opportunity. In this role, you’ll be a key player in production operations, ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet customer and quality requirements.
Production Planner Duties:
- Develop manufacturing orders and bills of materials to meet production specifications
- Compare internal estimates with customer order specifications and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare production orders based on sales forecasts or customer orders using ERP system signals
- Collaborate with production teams to clarify methods and establish operation sequences
- Work directly with customers to ensure production specifications are met
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $26–$27 per hour
- Annual bonus offered (can be paid out quarterly!)
Production Planner Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing planning
- Knowledge of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and aerospace alloys
- Familiarity with quality standards and specifications, blueprint reading required
- High school diploma or GED
Location: Tempe, AZ
