Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production scheduling, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP system knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Education High School, or equivalent

Training Sufficient to perform Major Duties and Responsibilities related to the job function. Additional training may be provided as appropriate to the position, customer requirements and internal documentation.

Skills Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Experience 5 years ()

· Proven experience in production planning or manufacturing operations. · Strong proficiency in ERP systems; Job Boss a plus. · Solid understanding of inventory control principles. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively across departments. · Background in purchasing or procurement is a plus. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Capable of lifting 20-40 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource

utilization.

· Release job orders and monitor their progress through the production cycle.

· Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing departments to align production plans

with design and operational capabilities.

· Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely availability of materials.

· Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and production bottlenecks.

· Utilize ERP systems to manage planning activities and generate reports.

· Support purchasing activities and coordinate with procurement teams as needed.

· Other projects as duties as assigned
