Production Operators /Machine Operator\n\nLocation: Thorne / Belton, DN8\nShift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (Rotating Days) – 6:00am to 6:00pm\n\nPay Rates\n\n * Monday to Friday: £13.69 per hour\n\n * Saturday: £20.53 per hour\n\n * Sunday: £27.38 per hour\n\niRecruit UK is currently recruiting Production Operators on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in the Thorne/Belton area. The site is easily commutable from Belton, Scunthorpe, Thorne, Doncaster, and surrounding areas.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently\n\n * Carrying out quality inspections and checks on finished products\n\n * Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety\n\n * Working collaboratively to achieve production targets\n\n * Reporting machinery faults, safety concerns, or production issues promptly\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n * Reliable and hardworking individuals\n\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\n\n * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\n * Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential\n\n * Good teamwork and communication skills
