A growing manufacturing company in Warwick, RI is hiring Production Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position

Responsibilities of Production Operator

·         Operate equipment for alignment, masking, etching/plating, diffusion, metal deposition, and electrical measurement

·         Perform fabrication functions in the production of devices

·         Responsible for receipt, delivery, disposal, regulatory compliance and record keeping

·         Set- up equipment and calibrate equipment to correct specifications for project

·         Review quality of any products and inspect for defects, adjust machines if necessary or troubleshoot with supervisor

·         Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks

·         Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements of Production Operator:

·         Minimum High school diploma or GED required

·         Previous machine operation and manufacturing experience

·         Previous experience working with small parts and pieces

·         Great attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Able to follow all work instructions and specifications

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
