Production Operator - Test/AOI

Scope: 
Perform Bare-board PCB Electrical Test per customer requirements.  Understands basics PC Board design and theory and operation of Bare-Board test, AOI and measurement equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and interpret travelers and drawings provided to determine requirements and special instructions required for jobs Determine compliance with order specifications, quality control system for conformity to specified standards after rework or repair
Identifies non-conforming product and its disposition.
Set ups and verifies test fixtures on Bare-Board Test Equipment. 
Performs electrical, AOI and measurement testing. 
Performs netlist testing including downloading test data from network. 
Helps maintain Bare-Board test equipment by performing routing preventative maintenance. 
Accurately records test data onto Electrical Test Log Sheet.
Logs job in and out of PROMS with accurate counts of product.
Stacks finished boards with separator sheets for transfer to next work station.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

·        Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. 

·        Ability to use the Electrical Test Software and equipment.

·        The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 

·        Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

·        Must have very good concentration, must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.

·        The work environment is typical of manufacturing operations. 
 

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED desired.

Required Experience:
 Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance

Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing and/or PCB experience
