Production Operator | Swing Shift in Everett

If you have at least one year of recent work experience in a production or manufacturing environment, are comfortable navigating computers, can lift up to 50 lbs consistently, and have strong attention to detail, you might be a great fit for this full-time Large Format Print Operator / CNC Print Operator role.
This opportunity is with a company known for creating high-quality signage and visual solutions for businesses. In this role, you’ll operate large-format printers and CNC cutting equipment to produce signage, graphics, and custom visual products. You’ll work with digital files, ensure accuracy of prints and cuts, and support production from start to finish.
They’re looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
This is a full-time position offering weekends off, weekly pay, and a consistent schedule. Overtime is available occasionally, and this role has strong potential to become long-term for the right fit. Production Large Format / CNC Print Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate large-format printers and CNC cutting machines 
• Load materials and adjust machine settings for accurate production 
• Use a computer to access and manage print and cut files 
• Compare digital work orders to ensure accuracy and quality 
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment 
• Lift and handle materials such as vinyl, laminate, and signage boards (up to 50 lbs) 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

 Schedule:Monday–Thursday
Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM Pay:$22 per hour
+$2 shift differential for swing shift Requirements:

• 1+ year of recent experience in production, print, CNC, or manufacturing environment 
• Comfortable using computers and navigating digital files 
• Experience with large-format printing or CNC equipment is a plus 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 
• Strong attention to detail and quality 
• Good communication and teamwork skills
