Production Operator in Phoenix

Duration: 6 months, could be temp to perm (as per business needs)

Shift: 5 am-3:30 pm

Job Description:

• Machine Operation & Troubleshooting: Safely operate production equipment, clear line jams, and assist with machine lace-ups and shut-downs.
• Quality Control: Perform product testing to match specifications, adjust machinery, and document findings.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to safety policies (using PPE), keep workstations clean, and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Teamwork: Fill in for operator vacancies and participate in production meetings.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED is generally required.
• Experience: Heavy manufacturing or continuous process industry experience is highly .
• Physical Capabilities: Stamina to stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, and regularly lift/move items weighing 25-50 lbs (occasionally up to 80 lbs).
• Basic Skills: Basic math and PC skills to navigate training and tracking software.
