Job DescriptionJob Description
1. Production and assembly work:
Performs assigned assembly or production tasks according to work instructions, standard procedures, safety rules, quality requirements, and production plan. Unboxing Material From the boxes and using on the production line, Connecting the Wires of E-check on the dashboard to, Assembling the left airbag and right Airbag, Being part of the emergency team of the shift
2. Quality and defect prevention:
Checks parts and products during the work. Reports defects, missing parts, incorrect material, damaged components, or any quality concern immediately to the Group Leader or Supervisor.
The employee must not knowingly pass defective or suspicious parts to the next process. Responsible for ensuring product quality (AUTOINSPECTION)
3.Safety:
Follows safety rules, uses required personal protective equipment, respects workplace rules, and reports unsafe situations, accidents, near misses, or risks immediately. Report all Safety Incidents and work-related accidents to immediate Supervisor or Lead, must at all times follow local health & safety policies
4. Tools, equipment and machines:
Uses tools, machines, scanners, equipment, and production systems only after training and according to instructions. Reports any malfunction, damage, or unsafe condition.
5. Material handling:
Prepares and handles parts, components, packaging, and production material needed for the workstation. Reports missing, incorrect, damaged, or mixed material without delay.
6. Documentation and traceability:
Completes required records, labels, checklists, scans, system confirmations, and traceability steps correctly and on time, if applicable to the workstation.
7. 5S and workplace organization:
Keeps the workstation clean, organized, and safe. Ensures that tools, materials, documents, and packaging are stored in the correct place. Applying 5S standards, keeping the workstation clean and tidy, being responsible for the tools and installations at the workstation
8. Teamwork and communication:
Cooperates with colleagues, Group Leader, Supervisor, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and other support functions. Communicates problems clearly and in time.
9. Training, qualification and rotation:
Participates in required training, retraining, qualification, and revalidation activities. The employee may be assigned to different workstations according to qualification, business needs, ergonomic needs, and instruction from the Supervisor or Group Leader.
10. Standardized Work audits and improvement:
Cooperates during Standardized Work audits, training checks, and improvement activities. Reports recurring problems and may propose ideas to improve safety, quality, ergonomics, efficiency, or workplace organization. Applying the Standardized Work and respect all operating instructions at workstation; Carrying out cockpit assembly for the specific workstation(s) with the required quality and according to the production standards within cycle
11. Ability to lift up to 25LB
12. Using of uniform given by the company, taking care of it and keeping it clean. Also using the individual safety equipment provided by the company according to the workstation
13. Rotation and Attendance: Be able to rotate on different stations and Report to work on time as scheduled
